How do I use superfood blends?

We have designed our superfood blends to be as versatile as possible. They can be added to water, shakes, smoothies, juice, milk and healthy recipes. As our products are made with all natural ingredients, and we do not add any artificial flavourings to them, their flavour may not be to everyone’s taste. If this is the case, you can add honey, or lemon juice if mixed with water. If you have any great recipes why not send them in and we will upload to the website to share with the rest of the community.

Are your products Organic?

All of the ingredients in our superfood blends are 100% certified Organic.

Are your products Vegan friendly?

Yes. All of our products and ingredients contain no dairy or animal products, therefore are 100% vegan friendly.

Are your products free from nuts?

All of our superfood blends are nut-free.

As much as they contain no nut based ingredients, the facility we use to make our products does handle nuts for other customers. As much as their processes minimise the risk of contamination, this cannot be 100% guaranteed. Therefore we suggest that you should air on the side of caution, and avoid using our products if you have a severe nut allergy.

Are your products safe to use when trying to conceive and during pregnancy?

All our products are made with all natural organic ingredients with no additives or chemicals. All the ingredients included in our products are regularly tested to ensure that they are free from contaminants. This results in our products being extremely high quality and as natural as possible, but we would always recommend that you check with a medical professional if you have any worries, or are on regular medication. All the ingredients used in our products are listed on the individual product’s packaging and our website.

Can I take more than one blend each day?

The simple answer is yes.  All of our products are made with 100% natural superfoods. Each blend has its own unique mix of ingredients. As much as there are blends with the same ingredients, doubling up would not cause any detrimental effects on your health.

Are the products meal replacements?

Our products are not designed as, or intended to be used as meal replacements. They are however intended to be used as supplements alongside a health balanced diet.

How do I store them?

Our products are designed to be kept in a cool dry environment. They can be stored unopened up to two years from their date of manufacture. Once you have broken the seal, make sure you reseal pouch securely whilst storing it away in a cool, dry place.

We’d recommend enjoying your superfoods within 2 months once opened for maximum freshness.

Can I have this if I am on medication or have a medical condition?

Our products are made using 100% natural superfoods.

However, as we are not medically qualified we are unable to make recommendations specific to medication interactions or health conditions.

We would always advise double checking with your GP. You can find a full list of product ingredients on each product’s packaging or on our website.

Do they contain any artificial ingredients or flavourings?

We don’t add any flavourings, artificial ingredients or fillers to any of our products – just 100% natural real superfoods.

How long will it take to feel the benefits?

The answer to this is it depends on the individual. We would love to be in a position to give people a timescale. Each individual’s diet, general health, lifestyle and many more factors will have an effect. To get the maximum benefit though we would suggest a long term strategy of taking the recommended serving on a daily basis.

What do the products taste like?

Each of our blends is made up of all natural, organic plant based ingredients with no added sweeteners, colourings or artificial flavours and so have their own unique flavour.  Please see the individual product descriptions on our website for more information.

Subscriptions & My Account / How does subscribe & save work?

Subscribe to any of our products and save 10% off all items, early notification of and access to new products + free standard shipping.

All subscriptions renew automatically but are fully flexible and can be cancelled at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and changing the status. You can also email our team and we can cancel your subscription for you.

We would note that you are required to give a minimum of 5 business days notice before your next delivery, so that we can ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.

Discounts & Rewards / My discount code does not work - why?

Check that you have chosen ‘one time purchase’ and not ‘subscribe’ for your item, as subscription items are already discounted and so we are unable to apply additional promotions unless specifically stated.
