Sometimes the hardest chapters in life spark the brightest ideas. Just Good Stuff began with our founder, Gordon Maudsley, on a journey to rebuild his health after illness. What started as a personal fight to regain energy and balance has grown into a mission to make clean, natural supplements accessible to everyone.
The Journey Behind Just Good Stuff
Just Good Stuff was born out of our founder Gordon Maudsley’s personal journey through illness and recovery. After a series of viral infections left him exhausted and struggling with lingering symptoms, Gordon’s health hit rock bottom. Glandular fever caused him to lose 19lbs in just two weeks, followed by post-viral fatigue syndrome. And just as he began to recover, Covid-19 set him back another 18 months.
With the support of a dedicated coach, Gordon started to rebuild his strength through a structured plan. A key part of this recovery was the use of natural, high-quality multivitamins. But sourcing effective, clean supplements proved challenging. And when available, they came at a premium cost.
Seeing so many others in Long Covid groups experiencing the same struggles, Gordon became determined to make natural supplements more accessible. As someone who spends alot of time and money investing in supplements, I was keen but also sceptical about trying “Just Good Stuff” as I’ve tried many other similar products and been disappointed. This product was surprisingly and refreshingly different from the rest. The taste is very pleasant, as it actually tastes pretty neutral which is rare for a product that contains so many plant based, natural products. The smell is fresh and earthy but by no means off putting. Having taken the powder for just over two weeks I can genuinely say, I’ve noticed a different in my energy levels and also I’ve experienced less bloating and better gut health than I’ve had in years.
