Superfoods are believed to offer multiple health benefits beyond their nutritional value and are low in calories. Most ingredients used in our products are raw. This means they have not been heated to more than 47C and are free from additives, ensuring the nutritional value of the blends are maintained. The drying method used for the berries and powders is sun or air drying, while some products are freeze-dried.
We are proud to use ingredients that are completely free from additives, preservatives, bulking agents and other nasties. The fact our blends are produced naturally means they have a much higher absorbency rate, thus the nutritional benefits of the ingredients are more bioavailable for our bodies to utilise.
