To serve:
Mix two teaspoons (10g) with 250ml of cold water and stir well. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and/or honey to taste. This product is very versatile and can be used in smoothies, sprinkled over your breakfast cereal, added to recipes and more. For best results take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally we suggest to avoid caffeine for an hour either side of consumption as caffeine can effect how the body absorbs certain vitamins.

Storage:
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and out of the reach of young children. Unopened the product can be stored for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, use within 2 months.
